These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by EngraveFill.com, including AI engraving fills, mask-based engraving generation, vector-ready linework creation, image uploads, subscription services and credit-based features.
2. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. Any activity occurring under an account is the responsibility of the account holder.
3. Credits System
EngraveFill.com operates using credits. Credits are consumed when using AI fill generation, mask processing, image uploads, vector conversions or other premium tools. All purchases are final unless required by law (see the Refund Policy for digital content and the right of withdrawal).
3a. Free Credits
New accounts receive a small number of free credits after the email address has been confirmed. Free credits are limited to one set per person (and per network), have no cash value, cannot be refunded or transferred, and may be withdrawn if we detect abuse, such as multiple accounts or disposable email addresses.
4. AI-Generated Engraving Content
All engraving outputs (including mask fills, Baroque patterns, Roman styles, Harley-Davidson themes, geometric fills and custom engraving patterns) are generated automatically by AI models.
EngraveFill.com does not guarantee any specific artistic style, precision, or application accuracy for CNC, laser engraving or manufacturing.
5. Uploaded Masks & Images
Users retain rights to their masks and uploaded materials, but grant EngraveFill.com permission to temporarily process them for generating engraving fills.
6. Prohibited Use
- Illegal content or activities
- Copyrighted content without permission
- Reverse engineering of AI models
- Automated scraping or misuse of API endpoints
7. Service Availability
EngraveFill.com may undergo maintenance, updates or unexpected downtime. We do not guarantee continuous availability.
8. Liability
We are not liable for any losses, including data loss, damaged files, CNC/laser output errors, or business interruption caused by use of the platform.
9. Privacy & Security
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using EngraveFill.com, you consent to its terms.
10. Updates to These Terms
EngraveFill.com may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
